The public spaces at Airlie Retirement Village provide signifcant shared amenity for the residents and their guests. This sophisticated and elegant communal hub, was conceptualised by Studio Tate for a discerning clientele with a desire for hospitality, design and connection.
The overall experience is a testament to the successful balance of colour, texture and thoughtful space planning. The main entrance is a refined, elevated space, evocative of a hotel lobby, including a denHolm reception desk, a vintage sputnik pendent light and a selection of Snelling Studio feature wall sconces.
Throughout, there are several lounge areas including an entertainment lounge with a pool table and club chairs, a communal bar, library, amenities, internal and external dining spaces, including a private dining room with a catering facility to host events. Whether it be for coffee, a planned or spontaneous activity, a shared meal, this sophisticated yet comfortable environment, supports a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle for its residents.
