With 20 years’ experience in the Australian and European design industry, Anita leads our workplace and retail portfolio with a global outlook. Anita is committed to delivering creative,
responsive and detailed design solutions, regardless of the project’s scale or budget. With strength in briefing, conceptual development, spatial planning and project management, Anita yields exceptional design outcomes, amplified by her considered and disciplined design approach.
As a dedicated team player and mentor, Anita supports the team to develop quality delivery processes, finding delight in the studio’s growth, improved efficiencies and ever-expanding
capabilities. Anita is particularly passionate about Studio Tate’s flourishing pro-bono portfolio and its positive impact on the communities it serves. As a strong collaborator and communicator, Anita cultivates close working relationships with her clients. Energetic, passionate and determined, Liz leads our portfolio of private residential and multi-residential projects with a holistic lens, shaped by her background in architecture and interior
design. Liz is driven by the belief that design can support a happier life, with function and beauty harmoniously enhancing wellbeing. With skill in spatial planning, bespoke detailing and materiality, Liz pursues dynamic and unusual design responses, animated with colour, texture and unique design details.

Emily leads our hospitality, wellness and retail projects, enriched by a decade of high-profile commercial design experience across Australia. As an agile thinker, Emily’s strategic, client focused approach drives functional and emotive spaces that celebrate the nuances of the brief. With consideration of the micro and macro levels of design, Emily crafts human spaces, articulated through an original palette of textures, colours, materials and furniture.
