Bourke and Ward, located on the podium level of Norman Foster’s Salesforce Tower in the Sydney Place precinct, is a versatile space open all day and into the evening, that seamlessly blends the ambiance of a café, bar, and restaurant. As the space is located above street level, we strategically designed the bar with an illuminated ‘lantern’, to ensure visual activation. With a palette of green and black stone, walnut, brass and grey mirror, Bourke and Ward is a sophisticated and city-centric food and beverage experience.
