A long-standing client relationship enabled Studio Tate to make bold design and styling decisions within a new inner-city penthouse, reflecting the client’s desire for a space that is both glamorous and fun.

The Clients’ extensive artwork collection drove the design of custom joinery pieces and the selection of furniture and finishes throughout.

Textured wallpaper and applied strapping detailing to the walls is used to frame feature lighting and artwork, the colours selected to enhance and compliment the objects within the spaces. Bespoke joinery, including an extensive wine room, utilises walnut timber veneer, stone and brass. This classic combination is thoughtfully offset by adventurous upholsteries and rugs, all combining to elevate the apartment to a finish befitting its location.
